We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, financial data you enter (debts, income, bills), and usage data. We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, or payment card numbers directly — payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Tova service — generating your debt plan, Tova Score, and personalized recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

3. AI Processing

Tova uses AI to generate coaching responses. Your chat messages may be processed by our AI provider's API to generate responses. We do not store raw conversations beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely with bank-level encryption. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

5. Third Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Tova is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
