You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Tova offers a 14-day free trial followed by a $7.99/month subscription. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Tova is not a licensed financial advisor, credit counselor, or attorney. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, or credit advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tova and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
